Our chefs Zach Minkoff & Collin O'Connor seek to bring a seasonally driven catering business to the LA food & event industry. These two have no shortage of experience between them. Zach, working under LA's most influential chefs and catering companies. Collin, a recent Los Angeles transplant, spent his time cooking in 5 star restaurant kitchens in Napa County and San Francisco.

These two have made a name for themselves in the private chef world in LA. With clients including A-list celebrities, high profile executives, billionaires, not to mention being a part of countless large scale events.
