Chef Zach was raised in the hospitality industry starting with his experience as a dishwasher as soon as he could work. After graduating high school Zach took off to culinary school at the Oregon Culinary Institute. Immediately following graduation in 2010 Zach moved to Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands for his first experience in a world renowned restaurant. After learning the ins and outs of fine dining he moved to the Los Angeles area where he continued to progress his career from Sous Chef in fine dining restaurants to privately catering celebrity clientele. While juggling catering and restaurant work Zach was also providing privately cooked meals to some of Hollywood’s most well known stars. Zach has spent the last 18 years continuously refining his skills and growing my career to deliver you the best private catering or chef experience possible.

Now a father to a beautiful baby girl. Chef Zach Minkoff has relocated with his family and himself to the Asheville area.
